After many years of searching, we've finally found our favorite oyster knife. The Opinel No. 09 features a short blade with a sharp tip, which makes wedging it into the oyster's hinge a breeze, and the Virobloc safety ring allows you to securely lock the blade either open or closed, making it great for a beach picnic or travel.

Opinel has been making their classic folding pocket knives in the heart of the French Alps since 1890.
